Job summary
Ensono is seeking a Senior Automation & Observability Engineer to design and maintain enterprise monitoring, telemetry, and automation across Linux/Windows, VMware, IAM, and cloud platforms. You will build dashboards, alerts, and data pipelines using Grafana, Instana, Prometheus, and Telegraf, while supporting FOAK and enterprise logging initiatives.

- Experience with enterprise monitoring and observability platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Grafana, Instana, Prometheus, and IoT telemetry.
- Ability to design dashboards, alerts, and data pipelines.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident management.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise monitoring and observability solutions.
- Develop dashboards and alerts using Grafana and related tools.
- Manage data collection with Telegraf, Prometheus, and agents.
- Assist with FOAK/ELT integrations and telemetry pipelines.
- Lead RCA and incident resolution with cross-functional teams.
