Ensono is hiring an Expert Observability Engineer to lead enterprise observability across hybrid cloud, Kubernetes, and legacy environments. You will architect scalable telemetry pipelines, define SRE practices, and drive automated, proactive monitoring programs.

The role emphasizes leadership, FOAK implementations, and collaboration with global teams. Remote-friendly with strong certification expectations and competitive compensation.

Competenze

• 12+ years IT experience with 5–7 years in lead architect or SRE roles.
• Proven track record migrating organizations from legacy monitoring to proactive observability.
• Hands-on expertise building scalable telemetry pipelines and time-series databases.
• Extensive experience leading FOAK rollouts and complex vendor/operations transitions.
• Preferred certifications: CKA (Kubernetes) and Cloud Architect (AWS/Azure).

Mansioni

• Architect and govern a unified observability framework covering metrics, logs, traces, and events.
• Lead FOAK implementations—evaluating new observability tech and turning them into secure, repeatable patterns.
• Define enterprise standards for telemetry pipelines, data retention, and observability cost management.
• Define SLIs/SLOs and serve as senior escalation point for major incidents (P1/P2).
• Mentor cross-functional teams and manage knowledge transfer for global 24x7 operations.
