Job summary

Total Force Alliance, LLC seeks a Network Operations Center Technician III to support the DISA DGOC at Hill AFB, UT. The role trains and leads incident management, monitors 24/7 operations, and coordinates fault isolation across multiple NOCs.

Qualifications include DoD-8570 IAT Level 2, active Secret clearance, and 3-5 years of relevant experience; candidate will work in a high-availability DoD environment with strict SLAs.

Qualifications

• DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification required by start date.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• 24/7 operational availability.
• Experience in alarm surveillance, fault management, LAN/WAN maintenance, and performance management.
• Expertise in routers, switches, crypto devices, DSN/DRSN, Video Services, and related devices.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and manage incident tickets using ServiceNow.
• Monitor network events 24/7/365 and analyze alarms to isolate root causes.
• Provide timely situational awareness to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support fault isolation, testing, and repair of network elements.
• Restore services, document changes in the CMDB, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Mentor NOC staff and contribute to DISN-related projects.
• Provide guidance across multiple NOCs and domains.
