Job summary

Leidos is seeking a NOC Technician to support the TRANSPORT / IP (TRIP) NOC at Hill AFB, UT. The role focuses on 24/7 monitoring, incident management, and rapid fault resolution within the DISN environment.

Responsibilities include triaging tickets, coordinating with service providers, and maintaining the CMDB, with emphasis on security, reliability, and compliance with SLAs. A DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 cert and Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

Experience with alarm surveillance, fault management, and LAN/WAN maintenance.
Demonstrated ability to triage and resolve network incidents in a 24/7 environment.
Active Secret clearance and DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 certification by start date.

Responsibilities

Create, update, and manage incident tickets in ServiceNow/ITSM.
Monitor network events 24/7 and coordinate fault corrections.
Provide timely situational awareness and communicate with O&M, customers, and leadership.
Assist in fault isolation and troubleshooting across network elements.
Restore networks and services, ensure SLA compliance, and document CMDB changes.
Provide technical guidance and training to team members and apply SOPs.
