Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Network Operations Center professional to support DISA DGOC operations in a 24x7 shift environment. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and coordinate resolution of network incidents across TDM/SIP, leveraging ServiceNow and carrier networks to maximize availability for DoD customers.

Required DoD Top Secret clearance, DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 certification, and experience with voice and IP topology.

Qualifications

• DoD Top Secret clearance and IAT Level 2 baseline certification are required before start date.
• Ability to work in a 24x7 shift environment.
• Understanding of voice infrastructure and IP network topologies.

Responsibilities

• Create/update/resolve unclear problems using a broad knowledge of network architecture and ServiceNow.
• Notify necessary contacts based on network incidents.
• Operate network configurations for TDM and SIP trunks to maintain service availability.
• Collaborate with customers and internal/external stakeholders to minimize mission impact.
• Monitor network alarms using platform tools and provide proactive situational awareness.
