Job summary

Leidos seeks a NOC Technician for the TRANSPORT / IP (TRIP) NOC at Hill AFB, UT, supporting DISA DGOC operations 24/7. You will triage alerts, manage incidents in ServiceNow, and coordinate fault corrections across network elements to maintain DISN services.

Requires DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 certification and an active Secret clearance; 3–5 years of relevant experience in alarm surveillance, fault management, and LAN/WAN maintenance are expected.

Qualifications

• DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification required by start date.
• Active Secret security clearance required.
• High school diploma plus 3–5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and manage incident tickets in ServiceNow/ITSM.
• Triage ticket queue, provide feedback, and guide tickets of concern.
• Monitor network events 24/7/365 using multiple tools.
• Analyze alarms, identify impacts, isolate root causes, and coordinate fixes.
• Develop and maintain a centralized error database and CMDB updates.
• Provide 24/7/365 support for outages and service degradation; reroute circuits as needed.
• Train and monitor Network Controllers; review SOPs and tools.
