Job summary

Leidos is seeking a NOC Technician III for the DISA DGOC at Scott AFB, IL. You will monitor, analyze, and resolve network incidents across multiple tools in a 24/7 environment, creating and tracking tickets via Remedy.

The role requires DoD clearance readiness and the ability to coordinate fault isolation and service restoration with internal teams and external providers. Responsibilities include correlating events, diagnosing faults, and restoring services to meet SLAs.

Qualifications

• Must have DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification (Security+ CE, or equivalent) at start date.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 operation.
• Experience with alarm surveillance, fault management, LAN maintenance, performance management.

Responsibilities

• Create and update tickets utilizing Remedy.
• Monitor network events and element management failures 24x7 across monitoring tools.
• Perform incident correlation and fault analysis to identify root causes and coordinate remediation.
• Notify stakeholders based on incident scope and location; document escalation paths.
