VDart Inc. is seeking a NOC Technician for Frisco, TX to support capital program deployments with real-time alarm monitoring and break-fix changes.

This role provides 24/7 operational monitoring, ticket handling, and troubleshooting to maintain network stability and minimize post-deployment issues. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in telecom/NOC environments, a high school diploma or GED, and hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as One Console, Splunk, and OpenSearch.

• 6+ years of experience in NOC/telecom operations.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as One Console, Splunk, OpenSearch.

Responsabilidades

• Support capital program deployments through real-time alarm monitoring, initial triage, and break-fix change execution.
• Provide 24/7 operational monitoring, ticket handling, and troubleshooting to ensure network stability and minimize post-deployment issues.
• Monitor KPIs, alarms, and system degradations, escalating where needed to ensure proper implementation and network performance.
• Perform pre- and post-deployment validations to confirm successful upgrades and proactively identify issues.
• Respond to alarms from tools such as One Console, Splunk, OpenSearch, NetScout, and CyberArk.
• Work closely with deployment teams (e.g., NCI/ATAC) to elevate and resolve service-impacting issues.
• Schedule and coordinate critical maintenance and break-fix activities with internal teams and vendors.
• Participate in troubleshooting bridges to resolve outages and degradation events linked to capital program deployments.
