Military, Veterans and Diverse Job Seekers is seeking a NOC Technician to join our 100% remote IT operations team. You will handle tickets from monitoring systems, VPN connectivity, DNS, email, and backups, escalating as needed to higher-level resources.

The role offers a versatile, fast-paced environment with opportunities to grow in networking, Linux, and Windows server administration. You will be part of a collaborative team that communicates clearly with clients and engineers, following

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Networking and Systems Administration or equivalent work experience.
• Solid understanding of VoIP, DNS, VPN, TCP/IP, and DHCP.
• Strong OS knowledge: Windows and Linux.
• 1–3 years IT Network Operations support experience.

Responsibilities

• Create, investigate, resolve or escalate trouble tickets from monitoring systems, phone, email, or client portals across server/network issues.
• Understand and deliver on ticket escalation expectations.
• Own tickets with up-to-date statuses, clear documentation, and timely resolutions.
• Report progress to clients and communicate resolutions through documentation.
• Communicate effectively with technical staff and end users to provide excellent client service.
• Support other company initiatives as directed.
