Job summary

UST is seeking a skilled Technician - Network Operations Center (NOC) to monitor real-time wireless network feeds and triage critical alarms in Frisco, TX during night shifts (Sun-Wed, 10 PM–8 AM CST). You will handle incident escalation and collaborate with field engineers, carrier partners, and vendors to ensure high network availability.

Required are 2–4+ years in a NOC/telecom, with hands-on Diameter and HTTP knowledge, Splunk/OpenSearch/NetScout/CyberArk usage, and active C2C LLC status.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical certifications or related associate degree is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time network feeds and incident escalation during night shifts.
• Triage alarms, perform fault isolation, and coordinate cross-functional incident responses.
• Troubleshoot telecom protocols including Diameter and HTTP across core networks.
• Support IMS core deployments and operational routines, with IMS platform experience.
• Coordinate maintenance windows, patch deployments, and upgrades during night shifts.
• Maintain shift handover logs and incident resolution reports.
