Responsibilities

• Monitor and support enterprise, telecommunications, and OT network infrastructure.
• Real-time fault detection, incident response, and service restoration.
• Troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and WANs.
• Coordinate with carriers, ISPs, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Execute maintenance, patching, and configuration changes.
• Document incidents and maintain knowledge base articles.
