Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with some experience in network monitoring or technical support (or equivalent training).
• Basic understanding of networking concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network systems for alarms, outages, and performance issues.
• Perform first-level troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Open, update, and escalate trouble tickets as needed.
• Communicate with internal teams, customers, and vendors during incidents.
• Support network maintenance activities and scheduled events.
• Document issues, actions, and resolutions accurately.
• Assist with reporting and daily network status updates.
• Respond to inbound requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
