Transaction Network Services is seeking an experienced network operations professional to support the Financial Markets IP infrastructure on a global scale. You will triage incidents, configure routers and switches, and collaborate with vendors to restore services quickly.

Strong IP routing knowledge and customer-facing skills are essential. The role involves on-call duties, change management, and cross-team coordination within a 24x7 NOC environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting global TCP/IP networks with routing protocols.
• Hands-on config and troubleshooting of Cisco, Arista and Juniper gear.
• Strong incident management and ability to triage with runbooks.
• ITIL familiarity and vendor coordination experience.
• Customer-facing role with clear communication and time management.

Aufgaben

• Provide global TCP/IP, VPN and MPLS network support including OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, RIP, IS-IS.
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco, Arista and Juniper routers and switches.
• Vendor management with Cisco and Juniper TAC for escalation.
• Second-level network troubleshooting and debugging.
• Coordinate network maintenance and change management activities.
• Provide on-call escalation support on a rotating schedule.
• Monitor event systems, respond to emails and calls, raise incidents.
