Job summary

Transaction Network Services is seeking a seasoned Network Operations professional to join the Financial Markets Global IP Desk in the United States. You will monitor global TCP/IP networks, triage incidents, and coordinate with engineers to restore services quickly, with a focus on stability of core IP infrastructure and market data delivery.

You will work across Cisco, Arista, and Juniper devices, handle change management, liaise with customers, and participate in 24x7 coverage on a rotation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience with troubleshooting circuits
• Experience in financial markets support environments
• Knowledge of IP networking protocols and routing
• Familiarity with change management processes

Responsibilities

• Provide support of global TCP/IP, VPN and MPLS networks (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, RIP, IS-IS)
• Hands-on configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco, Arista and Juniper routers and switches
• Vendor management including interface with Cisco and Juniper TAC
• Second-level network and protocol troubleshooting and debugging
• Coordinate and support network maintenance and change management activities
• Provide on-call escalation support on a rotating schedule
• Incident management to restore services with minimal impact
• Operate within a 24x7 global IP Desk team
