Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking a Solutions Configuration Analyst to support no-code/low-code platforms, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. You will gather requirements, document processes, configure solution components, and ensure alignment with business objectives while coordinating with stakeholders and vendors.

You will work across teams to manage multiple projects, participate in testing and release activities, and contribute to continuous process improvements in a remote, nationwide

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT business analysis experience
• Experience with data management and data modeling
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience with machine learning and AI
• Familiarity with IT lifecycle and project management methodologies

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and translate into configured workflows
• Gather requirements and document current and future-state processes
• Coordinate with developers to estimate and build solutions
• Support testing and release readiness
• Participate in Agile, Kanban, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies
