You will support no-code/low-code platforms, workflow automation, AI-enabled solutions, and enterprise application delivery, translating business needs into configured workflows and actionable delivery tasks.

You will gather requirements, document processes, configure solutions, assist testing, and coordinate stakeholder inputs to ensure solutions meet business objectives,

Qualifications

• Over 4+ years of relevant experience conducting IT business and information environments analysis.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with ability to convey technical concepts to mixed audiences.
• Experience with data management and data modeling & data mining tools.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, configuration, documentation, testing, release readiness, and improvement of technology-enabled business solutions.
• Coordinate stakeholder inputs and ensure solutions align to business objectives and compliance.
• Assist in testing, release management, and end-user documentation.
