Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking a Solutions Configuration Analyst III for a remote, nationwide role. You will support no-code/low-code platforms, workflow automation, and AI-enabled solutions to improve health IT processes.

You will gather requirements, document processes, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver aligned, compliant solutions. You will work across teams to ensure timely milestones, manage multiple projects, and prepare materials for leadership and clients.

Qualifications

• Over 4+ years of analysis of IT business, information environments, activities and events.
• Ability to assemble Excel tables, PowerPoint slides, and Word docs for client use.
• Experience with data modeling and data mining is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled solutions and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and document current and future-state processes.
• Configure no-code platforms and enterprise workflow solutions.
• Coordinate with developers to estimate and build solutions.
• Support testing, release readiness, and deployment activities.
• Prepare briefing materials for executives and clients.
