Signature Performance seeks a Solutions Configuration Analyst III to guide no-code/low-code platform configuration, workflow automation, and AI-enabled solutions across client environments.

You will gather requirements, document current and future-state processes, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure delivery readiness while aligning with business objectives and regulatory expectations. This is a remote, nationwide role requiring strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Over 4+ years of IT business analysis experience.
• Understanding of IT system/software lifecycle.
• Exceptional written and oral communication with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with data management.
• Experience with machine learning and AI.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts succinctly.

Responsibilities

• Configure no-code software platforms and workflow automation.
• Gather requirements, document current and future-state processes.
• Work with developers to estimate and build solutions.
• Coordinate stakeholder inputs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Extract data from disparate systems into BI to improve processes.
• Support testing, release readiness, and adoption activities.
• Participate in Agile, Kanban, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.
