Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking a Solutions Configuration Analyst III to support no-code/low-code platforms, workflow automation, and AI-enabled solutions across healthcare IT. You will gather requirements, document processes, and configure components while coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

You will help ensure solutions align with business objectives, drive release readiness, and advance enterprise delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT business or information environment analysis.
• Understanding of IT system/software lifecycle.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills for cross‑functional teams.
• Experience with data management (collection, storage and use).
• Ability to assemble Excel tables, PowerPoint slides, and Word docs for clients.
• Experience with machine learning and AI.
• Ability to explain complex concepts succinctly.
• Knowledge of life cycle and project management methodologies.
• Experience with data modeling and data mining tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve business, usability, process, technical, and service improvements.
• Gather requirements and document current and future-state processes.
• Configure no-code software platforms and coordinate with developers.
• Extract data from disparate systems to support BI and process improvements.
• Coordinate stakeholder inputs and prepare briefing materials for leadership.
• Support testing, release readiness, and knowledge transfer.
