Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking a Solutions Configuration Analyst III to support no-code/no-code platforms, workflow automation, and AI-enabled solutions nationwide. The role involves gathering requirements, documenting processes, configuring platforms, and coordinating stakeholder inputs to ensure delivery aligns with business objectives.

You will work across teams to extract data, build meaningful BI, and assist with testing, release readiness, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Over 4+ years of IT business and information environment analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with data management (collection, storage, use).
• Ability to assemble Excel tables, PowerPoint slides, and Word docs quickly for client consumption.
• Experience with machine learning and AI.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and succinctly.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Kanban, Waterfall).
• Experience with data modeling and data mining tools.

Responsibilities

• Support no-code/low-code platforms, workflow automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Gather requirements and document current and future-state processes; prepare delivery plans.
• Configure no-code software platforms and coordinate stakeholder inputs.
• Extract data from disparate systems to create meaningful BI for process improvements.
• Work with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Contribute to test planning and execution; support release management and operational readiness.
