Qualifications

• Experience supporting planning, configuration, documentation, testing, release readiness, and improvements of technology-enabled solutions.
• Ability to translate business needs into configured workflows and actionable delivery tasks.
• Experience with no-code and low-code platforms and workflow automation initiatives.
• Familiarity with data extraction for business intelligence and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve process or technical issues and blockers.
