Signature Performance is seeking a Solutions Configuration Analyst to support no-code/low-code platforms, workflow automation, and AI-enabled solutions. You will translate business needs into configured workflows, document requirements, and coordinate across business, technical, and stakeholder teams to ensure delivery aligned with objectives and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Over 4+ years of IT business analysis experience
• Understanding of IT system/software lifecycle
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills for cross-functional teams
• Experience with data management (collection, storage and use)
• Ability to assemble Excel tables, PowerPoint slides, and Word docs quickly for client consumption
• Experience with machine learning and AI
• Familiarity with life cycle and project management methodologies
• Experience with data modeling and data mining tools

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into configured workflows and documented plans
• Gather requirements and document current and future-state processes
• Configure no-code software platforms and support testing
• Coordinate stakeholder inputs and ensure compliance and release readiness
• Extract data from disparate systems to improve business processes
