Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking an NGS Sales Specialist to grow revenue by strategically selling advanced scientific instruments and solutions across diverse markets including research institutions, pharma, and industry.

You will build and maintain key customer relationships, identify opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions and exceptional customer experiences. Travel up to 50% within territory is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of successful sales experience in scientific instruments or analytical equipment.
• Strong technical understanding of NGS instrumentation and applications.
• Excellent relationship-building and account management skills with both direct customers and channel partners.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (especially Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within assigned territory.
