Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 8 years of successful sales experience in scientific instruments or analytical equipment required.
• Strong technical understanding of NGS instrumentation and applications.
• Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Business-level English; local language as needed.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of competitor products and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue through strategic sales of advanced scientific instruments and solutions.
• Develop and manage key customer relationships across diverse markets (research institutions, pharma, industrial).
