The candidate will supervise external writers, manage budgets, and drive high-quality publications, contributing to scientific impact and compliance with policies and procedures.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees preferred (PhD/PharmD/Master’s).
• 4–5 years of medical/scientific publications experience in pharma or medical communications.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to interpret medical data and understand publication structures and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to senior audiences.

Aufgaben

• Lead cross-functional Publications Team(s) for assigned assets and drive publication plans.
• Oversee tactical execution of manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and oral presentations within timelines and budgets.
• Review publications for quality and alignment with platforms and communications strategies.
• Partner with Directors to ensure phased transfer of strategic publication plans to execution.
• Provide direction to internal and external writers and manage outsourcing budgets and resources.
• Resolve publications-related issues and ensure accurate publication records and resourcing tools.
