Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Territory Manager III for the Neuromodulation team in the Minneapolis, MN region. You will lead strategy, drive sales growth, and coordinate with clinicians, staff, and fellow sales professionals to expand Abbott therapies in your territory.

You will work in a matrixed environment, travel regularly, and manage accounts while maintaining FDA and company compliance. Remote work options are available with a strong emphasis on customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 8+ years of sales experience in medical devices.
• 4+ years of work experience in Neuromodulation.
• Ability and willingness to travel within assigned area on a regular basis.
• Capable and willing to work an unpredictable schedule that may change on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Identifies strategies to increase referrals of Abbott therapies and overcome barriers restricting growth.
• Integrates into accounts, builds trust with customers, KOLs and industry leaders.
• Generate additional sales revenue in assigned region by initiatives to increase referrals.
• Trains and mentors new Territory Managers.
• Fosters high trust relationships with colleagues and leadership.
• Coordinates implanting schedules of Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists.
• Interfaces with patients up to 50% of the time.
• Demonstrates fiscal responsibility by managing inventory in territory.
