Job summary

Abbott in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Territory Manager for CPT to lead strategy in the assigned territory, drive sales volume, market penetration, and profitability, while collaborating with sales leadership and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of medical-device sales experience.
• 4+ years in Neuromodulation.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategies to increase referrals of Abbott therapies and overcome barriers.
• Integrate into accounts, build rapport with customers and KOLs.
• Generate additional sales revenue by initiatives in region.
• Train and mentor new Territory Managers.
• Analyze sales statistics and prepare reports.
• Coordinate implanting schedules and capital equipment opportunities.
• Attend trade shows and represent Abbott therapies.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and company policies.
• Maintain communications across all levels of employees and customers.
