Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of sales experience in medical devices.
• 4+ years of work experience in Neuromodulation.
• Ability and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
• Capable of managing multiple projects and working under deadlines.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the territory strategy to achieve sales volume, market penetration and profitability.
• Integrate into accounts, build trust with physicians, staff and customers.
• Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities for Abbott therapies.
• Train and mentor Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists.
• Coordinate implanting schedules and follow regulatory requirements.
• Analyze sales data and manage administrative duties (expense reports, travel).
