Job summary

Abbott in the United States is seeking a Territory Manager to lead sales strategy in the Spokane region, focusing on neuromodulation therapies and Abbott’s broader portfolio.

You will partner with physicians, staff and regional teams to drive referrals, expand territory penetration, and ensure profitable growth while managing inventory and regulatory compliance. This role requires frequent travel and strong communication across clinical and sales stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of medical devices sales experience.
• 4+ years of Neuromodulation experience.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategies to increase referrals of Abbott therapies and overcome barriers restricting growth.
• Integrate into accounts, build trust with new and existing customers and KOLs.
• Generate additional sales revenue in the region by initiatives to increase referrals.
• Exercise latitude to set objectives for sales assignments.
• Train and mentor new Territory Managers.
• Monitor products, competitors' pricing and performance.
• Ensure timely follow-up on leads and complete standard reports.
