Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 8+ years of sales experience in medical devices.
• 4+ years of Neuromodulation experience.
• Ability to travel within assigned area on a regular basis.
• Unpredictable schedule possible with short notice.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills for multiple audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Identifies strategies to increase referrals of Abbott therapies and overcome barriers to growth.
• Integrates into accounts, builds trust, and establishes rapport with customers and KOLs.
• Generate additional sales revenue by initiatives targeting referrals of eligible patients.
• Trains and mentors new Territory Managers.
• Coordinates implanting schedules and interfaces with patients up to 50% of the time.
• Analyzes sales statistics and prepares reports; handles travel planning and expense reports.
• Follows FDA regulations, company policies, and internal processes.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience

8+ years medical devices sales experience

4+ years neuromodulation experience

Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

Ability to travel regularly within assigned area

Strong multitasking and deadline management
