Job summary

Cisco Systems is seeking a Customer Success Architect for a remote role in the United States. You will own onboarding and adoption of Cisco Hypershield and Nexus N9300 deployments, guiding customers from initial setup to expanded production use.

Build strong technical relationships with NetOps and NetSecOps, run workshops, and help customers design policy, segmentation, and secure data-center interconnects. A strong background in NX-OS, virtualization, and Linux is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years related experience (or higher degrees).
• Production experience with Cisco Nexus/NX-OS including L3, VRFs, and fabric ops.
• Customer-facing role as solutions advisor, CSM, PS consultant, or SE.
• Experience with enterprise virtualization and VM/appliance deployment; hypervisor installs.
• Production Linux experience and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and adoption for assigned accounts, deploying N9300 switches and Hypershield.
• Guide Hypershield controller design and deployment across virtualization environments and on‑prem control plane.
• Drive value by designing policy and standing up real use cases in production.
• Build deep technical relationships with NetOps and NetSecOps, lead workshops and enablement sessions.
• Identify adoption blockers and work with engineering/support to resolve issues.
• Create scalable assets like training materials, reference architectures, and documentation.
