Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Architect to own onboarding and adoption journeys for Cisco Hypershield and Nexus N9300 families.

You will design and deploy Hypershield in customers’ data centers, guiding virtualization environments and on-prem controllers while collaborating with NetOps/NetSecOps teams. As a trusted advisor with deep networking and segmentation expertise, you will run workshops, address blockers, and develop scalable assets to accelerate customer success in

Qualifications

Experience with Cisco Nexus/NX-OS in production and fabric operations.
Ability to guide and troubleshoot a hypervisor-based install (VMware vSphere, Nutanix AHV, Proxmox).
Customer-facing advisory roles with outcomes ownership.
Production Linux systems troubleshooting experience.

Responsibilities

Own onboarding and adoption journey for assigned accounts from deployment through expansion.
Guide Hypershield controller design and deployment across virtualization environments.
Design policy and stand up real use cases in production (segmentation, interconnect).
Build relationships with NetOps and NetSecOps stakeholders and run workshops.
Identify adoption blockers and work with engineering/support to resolve issues.
Create reusable assets: training materials, reference architectures, documentation.
