Job summary

Cisco is seeking a seasoned Customer Success Architect to own onboarding and adoption for Nexus/NX-OS and Hypershield within customer data-center environments. You will guide virtualization deployments, architect policy, and run enablement workshops with NetOps/NetSecOps stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in networking/security, strong Linux and virtualization experience, and a proven track record in customer-facing advisory roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher with 8+ years of related experience; or Master’s with 6+ years; or PhD with 3+ years.
• Experience with Cisco Nexus/NX-OS in production including L3 routing, VRFs, and fabric operations.
• Customer-facing experience as a solutions advisor, CSM, PS consultant, or SE.
• Experience with enterprise virtualization and VM/appliance deployment and troubleshooting hypervisor-based installs.
• Production Linux troubleshooting experience.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and adoption journey for assigned accounts, from initial deployment of N9300 switches and Hypershield to production use.
• Guide customers through Hypershield controller design and deployment across virtualization environments.
• Drive value realization by helping customers design policy and stand up real use cases in production.
• Build deep technical relationships with NetOps/NetSecOps stakeholders and run workshops to accelerate adoption.
• Identify blockers and coordinate with engineering/support to resolve issues.
• Create reusable assets like training materials, reference architectures, and documentation.
