Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Architect to lead onboarding and adoption of Cisco Hypershield with Nexus N9300 switches.

You will collaborate across NetOps/NetSecOps, engineering, and support to design secure, scalable data-center solutions and guide customer teams through implementation. Ideal candidates have deep NX-OS experience, enterprise virtualization know-how, and a strong customer-facing track record.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of related experience.
• Experience with Cisco Nexus/NX-OS in production, including L3 routing, VRFs, and fabric operations.
• Customer-facing experience as a solutions advisor, CSM, PS consultant, or SE, owning the technical relationship and outcomes.
• Professional work experience with enterprise virtualization and VM/appliance deployment, able to guide and troubleshoot a hypervisor-based install.
• Experience with Linux systems in production, including troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and adoption journey for assigned accounts from initial deployment to production use.
• Guide customers through Hypershield controller design and deployment with virtualization environments.
• Drive value realization by designing policy and real use cases in production.
• Build deep technical relationships with NetOps/NetSecOps stakeholders and run workshops.
• Identify and clear adoption blockers, coordinating with engineering and support to resolve issues.
• Create reusable assets such as training material, reference architectures, and documentation.
