Job summary

Cisco Systems is seeking a Customer Success Architect to lead onboarding and adoption for Isovalent-derived solutions, including Hypershield and Nexus N9300. You will guide deployment across virtualization environments and on‑prem control planes, coordinating with NetOps and NetSecOps teams to realize value in production.

The role emphasizes customer-facing mentorship, workshops, and scalable assets to ensure reliable operations and security policy enforcement within data centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of related experience, Master’s degree with 6+ years, or PhD with 3+ years.
• Experience with Cisco Nexus / NX-OS in production and L3 routing, VRFs, fabric ops.
• Customer-facing experience as a solutions advisor, CSM, PS consultant, or SE.
• Enterprise virtualization and VM/appliance deployment experience.
• Experience with Linux systems in production and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and adoption journey for assigned accounts from deployment to expanding production use.
• Guide customers through Hypershield design and deployment across virtualization and on‑prem controls.
• Drive value realization by designing policy and enabling real use cases in production.
• Build deep technical relationships with NetOps/NetSecOps stakeholders and run workshops.
• Identify and clear adoption blockers, working with engineering/support to resolve issues.
• Create scalable assets like training materials, reference architectures, and docs.
