Job summary

Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to lead delivery and client engagement for strategic government contracts. The role focuses on trust-building with clients, staffing, contract management, and growth of programs across large projects with complex dependencies.

You will oversee delivery environments, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure on-time, on-budget results while upholding Nava's public service mission and values.

Qualifications

• Experience with Custom Software or Cloud infrastructure programs/projects.
• Experience working with or for state government agencies, with understanding of government contracting, compliance, and audit trails.
• Proven ability to lead large agile development teams and manage complex projects at scale.

Responsibilities

• Exceed the expectations of government partners by cultivating strong, trusting relationships and maintaining high situational awareness at the agency level.
• Detect risks proactively and collaborate with delivery teams to resolve issues across delivery, process, and staffing.
• Engage clients regularly to ensure needs are met or exceeded and communicate progress transparently.
• Grow the program by identifying new opportunities, CLINs, option years, and subcontractor negotiations.
• Collaborate across projects to anticipate and solve problems and scale delivery.
• Support creation of delivery environments based on mutual trust with government partners.
• Scale delivery through a team of project managers and other delivery leads.
• Coordinate contracts and finances with the finance team and manage necessary contract modifications.
• Set and uphold standards for delivery excellence and client service.
• Apply Nava policies at the program level and contribute to company objectives and key results.
