Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Senior Network Operations Analyst to join our Global Network Operations team.

You will lead complex incident response, guide peers, and coordinate with engineering, information security, cloud, and service providers to ensure reliable network performance across offices, DCs, data centers, showrooms, and retail stores. You bring 8+ years of network operations experience and hands-on expertise in LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, DNS/DHCP, firewalls, and observability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in network operations or a similar technical role.
• Advanced knowledge of enterprise LAN, WAN, wireless, SD-WAN, cloud connectivity, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, network segmentation, and monitoring.
• Experience leading complex troubleshooting and major incident response in a global enterprise.
• Experience providing technical guidance or mentoring to other operations professionals and coordinating work across engineering teams, security teams, business stakeholders, and service providers.
• Hands-on experience with network observability, operational analytics, or automation technologies and using data/AI-enabled insights to improve reliability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior technical escalation point, leading investigation and resolution of complex network incidents across global environments.
• Coordinate major incident response across operations, engineering, information security, business teams, and service providers, ensuring ownership, timely communication, and effective resolution.
• Lead operational improvements across monitoring, alerting, problem management, documentation, lifecycle management, compliance, and change readiness.
• Mentor Network Operations team members and help build internal capabilities required to reduce dependency on external service providers.
• Use operational data, automation, and AI-enabled tools responsibly to identify recurring issues and move the organization toward more proactive network operations.
