Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of Network Engineers supporting a global network environment.
• Oversee workload, staffing, performance, training, and on-call engineering schedules.
• Design, implement, and maintain voice, LAN, WAN, wireless, cloud networking, internet edge, and network security services.
• Establish network policies, standards, and operational controls while ensuring security and disaster recovery compliance.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and infrastructure teams to deliver reliable technology services.
• Lead modernization efforts including SASE, SD-WAN, automation, and security enhancements.
