Levi Strauss & Co. Distribution & Logistics IT is seeking an experienced reliability engineer to lead major incident response, drive root cause analysis, and improve the robustness of global warehouse and transportation platforms.

You will partner with engineering, operations, vendors, and business stakeholders to reduce risk and boost continuity across critical supply chain systems. You will mentor teams on troubleshooting practices, operational excellence, and AI-enabled tools to enhance

Qualifications

6+ years in systems reliability engineering, application support, or enterprise logistics tech environments.
Experience leading major incident response and cross-functional recovery efforts for business-critical systems.
Strong troubleshooting across applications, integrations, databases, monitoring platforms, and OT.
Advanced SQL, observability, release validation, and RCA skills to reduce recurring issues.
Experience with listed enterprise platforms and 3PL/warehouse technology environments.

Responsibilities

Lead major incident response efforts and coordinate cross-functional recovery activities.
Own root cause analysis, corrective action planning, and long-term remediation of production issues.
Improve monitoring, observability, health indicators, runbooks, and deployment readiness.
Partner with engineering, operations, vendors, cybersecurity, and logistics providers to strengthen platform reliability.
Coach engineers on troubleshooting practices and operational excellence, including AI-enabled tooling.
