Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Senior Network Operations Analyst to join our Global Network Operations team. You will lead complex incident response, guide peers, and collaborate with engineering, security, cloud, and field services to improve network reliability and maturity.

The role requires deep hands-on experience with enterprise LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, routing, switching, DNS/DHCP, firewalls, and monitoring. You will mentor teams and drive data-driven improvements across global environments.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in network operations or equivalent role.
• Advanced knowledge of enterprise LAN, WAN, wireless, SD-WAN, cloud connectivity, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, firewalls.
• Experience leading complex troubleshooting, major incident response, and service improvement in a global enterprise.
• Experience guiding and mentoring other professionals and coordinating across teams.
• Hands-on with network observability, analytics, or automation technologies.

Introduction

As a Senior Network Operations Analyst, you will join our Global Network Operations team and provide advanced technical and operational leadership for the network services supporting our offices, distribution centers, data centers, showrooms, and retail stores worldwide. You will lead complex incident response, guide other operations team members, and partner with engineering, information security, cloud, retail technology, field services, and external service providers to improve network reliability and operational maturity.

About the Job

• Serve as a senior technical escalation point, leading the investigation and resolution of complex network incidents across our global corporate, retail, distribution center, data center, and cloud environments.
• Coordinate major incident response across operations, engineering, information security, business teams, and service providers, ensuring clear ownership, timely communication, and effective resolution.
• Lead operational improvements across monitoring, alerting, problem management, documentation, lifecycle management, compliance, and change readiness to strengthen network reliability and service quality.
• Mentor Network Operations team members, provide day-to-day technical guidance, and help build the internal capabilities required to reduce dependency on external service providers.
• Use operational data, automation, and AI-enabled tools responsibly to identify recurring issues, improve root-cause analysis, streamline manual processes, and move the organization toward more proactive network operations.

About You

• You have at least 8 years of experience in network operations, enterprise network support, infrastructure operations, or a comparable technical role.
• You possess advanced knowledge of enterprise LAN, WAN, wireless, SD-WAN, cloud connectivity, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, network segmentation, and monitoring.
• You have demonstrated experience leading complex troubleshooting, major incident response, high-priority escalations, problem management, and service improvement in a global enterprise environment.
• You have experience providing technical guidance or mentoring to other operations professionals and coordinating work across engineering teams, security teams, business stakeholders, and service providers.
• You have hands-on experience with network observability, operational analytics, or automation technologies and can use data and AI-enabled insights responsibly to improve network reliability and operational performance.
