Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead Store Platform Engineering, driving modernization and automation of retail technology platforms globally.

You will mentor a team of Store Platform Engineers while collaborating with Retail Ops, Product, Infrastructure, Security, and Reliability teams to deliver reliable, scalable store solutions. The role emphasizes endpoint management, device lifecycle programs, and AI-enabled self-service initiatives to improve operational efficiency

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of experience in Platform Engineering, Endpoint Engineering, Retail Technology, or Enterprise Technology environments.
• Experience leading and developing technical engineering teams in large-scale, distributed environments.
• Strong expertise in endpoint management, device lifecycle management, and retail technology platforms.
• Experience delivering automation, self-service, platform modernization, and technology standardization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Store Platform Engineering team.
• Define and execute the roadmap for store technology platforms, including endpoint management and device lifecycle management.
• Drive automation, self-service, and AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable store platforms.
• Establish governance, vendor management practices, and platform standards.
