Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Senior Network Operations Analyst to join the Global Network Operations team. You will lead complex incident response, guide other operations team members, and partner with engineering, security, cloud, and external providers to improve network reliability.

You will serve as a senior escalation point, coordinate major incidents, and mentor team members while applying data-driven insights and automation to reduce outages and improve operational maturity globally.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 8 years in network operations or a comparable role.
• Advanced knowledge of LAN/WAN, wireless, SD-WAN, cloud connectivity, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, network segmentation, and monitoring.
• Experience leading complex troubleshooting and major incident response in a global enterprise.
