Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 10+ years in technology operations, reliability engineering, or supply chain tech.
• Experience leading global teams, vendors, and partners to drive reliability and transformation.
• Experience with Distribution & Logistics tech like WMS, TMS, LMS, WFM, and integration.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global reliability strategy and support model for Distribution & Logistics tech.
• Oversee incidents, performance, risk management, and executive communications across global environments.
• Advance AI-enabled support, automation, observability, and knowledge management practices.
• Develop capability through talent development, succession planning, and leadership coaching.
