Job summary

One Call, a remote-first company, seeks a Senior Network Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain network devices including routers, switches, load balancers and firewalls. You will troubleshoot circuit equipment, monitor incidents, and use a CMS for status updates.

Requires 5–7 years of hands-on experience, a Bachelor's in a technical field, and strong knowledge of DNS, routing protocols and security devices. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of network technologies including routers, switches, load balancers, firewalls, DNS.
• Experience with IT fundamentals and networking concepts.

Responsibilities

• Follows documented network services processes and procedures; identifies gaps and suggests improvements.
• Performs customer service duties and responds to requests as defined by management.
• Responds to customer requests with timely, quality work.
• Troubleshoots network problems and recommends corrective procedures.
• Prepares activity reports as requested by management.
• Maintains network services documentation.
