Job summary

One Call is hiring a Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain network services for our nationwide remote-first team. You will manage routers, switches, load balancers, firewalls, DNS, and related devices, ensuring reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of network technologies (routers, switches, load balancers, firewalls, DNS).
• Ability to document and communicate technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Follow network service processes and suggest improvements.
• Provide customer service and respond to requests per management.
• Troubleshoot network problems and propose fixes.
• Prepare activity reports for management.
• Maintain network documentation and change requests.
