Job summary

One Call is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain network services across our remote-enabled organization. You will configure devices, perform OS and software upgrades, and manage incident tickets while supporting networking technologies across routers, switches, load balancers, firewalls, and DNS.

The role expects senior-level experience in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, documenting changes, and ensuring SLA compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Solid knowledge of routers, switches, load balancers, firewalls, DNS and routing protocols.
• Understanding of operating systems, network devices, software development and architecture.
• Proficiency with common office tools and documentation.
• Ability to grasp and apply complex technical concepts.
• Team-oriented with ability to work independently.
• Flexible, dependable, and capable of handling diverse environments.

Responsibilities

• Follow documented network services processes and identify gaps for improvements.
• Provide customer service and respond to requests per management.
• Troubleshoot network problems and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare activity reports as requested by management.
• Create documentation to improve workflow and share with peers.
