Job summary

One Call is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, deploy, and support network services for our nationwide remote-centric workforce. You will configure devices, upgrade systems, and manage firewalls, load balancers, switches, and routers while resolving incidents and tracking progress in the CMS.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, document changes, and ensure SLAs are met. A Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 5–7 years of hands-on experience are preferred, with

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of routers, switches, load balancers, firewalls, DNS and routing protocols.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Follow documented network services processes and improve where needed.
• Respond to customer requests promptly with quality work.
• Troubleshoot network problems and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare activity reports for management.
• Maintain network documentation and change requests per SLAs.
• Keep network lab and equipment inventory up to date.
• Support a remote-first environment and collaborate across teams.
