Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of IT experience.
• Background in network technology, operations, or monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure value alignment with strategic customers.
• Build relationships across customer IT domains.
• Educate customers through knowledge sharing about infrastructure and projects.
• Lead adoption strategy with customers.
