Job summary

Integrated Power Services (IPS) is seeking experienced field service professionals to lead technicians in high-voltage testing and maintenance across customer sites. You will perform testing, startup checks, and data collection on electrical systems up to 500kV while upholding safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of relevant experience, NETA background, and a strong customer-focus. Travel and on-call duties are required, with competitive benefits and opportunities for

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant field experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel locally and overnight as needed.
• Proven ability to mentor and train teammates in electrical skills and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead jobs and service technicians in the field.
• Develop proposals, perform job walks, and define work scope to meet customer needs.
• Conduct reliability, preventative maintenance, and NETA testing of customer equipment.
• Perform field safety checks and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
