Job summary

Integrated Power Services (IPS) seeks an experienced field service leader to oversee field teams performing high/medium voltage testing and electrical maintenance. You will mentor technicians, define work scopes, and ensure safety compliance on every job.

You will develop proposals, walk jobs, test equipment, and coordinate with customers to meet reliability requirements while traveling locally and staying on call as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 5+ years electrical field experience preferred.
• Associate degree in Electrical Power or military training preferred.
• NETA II or higher preferred; OSHA 30/ MSHA / NFPA 70-E training beneficial.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally and overnight.

Responsibilities

• Lead field service jobs and supervise technicians.
• Represent IPS professionally and communicate with customers.
• Develop proposals, perform job walks, and define work scopes for reliability and maintenance.
• Mentor team members in advanced electrical skills and safety practices.
• Complete safety checklists and mitigate job hazards on every job.
• Perform high- and medium-voltage testing and relay calibration.
• Conduct transformer testing and related power metering tasks.
• Handle on-call duties and respond to customer emergencies.
